How:
Include Name in Electoral Roll
  • If Name does not exist in the current Electoral Roll then Form No. VI alongwith Residence Proof is required to be submitted.
  • For Deletion of Name from the Electoral Roll, Form No. VII is required to be filled and submit.
  • For correction of Name Form No. VIII is required to be filled and submitted.
  • In case of shifting of Residence Form No,VIII (A) is required to be filled and submitted.
Eligibility : 18 Years and above
